Please watch this I swear you won’t regret it
THEYRE CALLED SURPRISED CHICKENS I CANT DEAL WITH IT

The world is nothing without grass stains.
there needs to be a programming language that uses “THUS” as some kind of keyword or operator
like i cant think of any genuine use cases for something like this, because i haven’t given it more than 3 seconds of thought
i just made a typo while doing this android assignment & thought it would be extremely funny to have a language let you say “AND THUS CURRENTLY_IN_USE IS TRUE”
HERE LURKS THE PUBLIC RITE, “SET_DESCRIPTION”
WITH NO KNOWN RETURN.
BEGIN!
- SO IT IS KNOWN: THE STRING, “DESCRIPTION”, SHALL APPEAR.
- AND THUS: MY “DESCRIPTION” IS NOW “DESCRIPTION”.
THUS ENDS THE RITE, “SET_DESCRIPTION”.
New York City Comic Con was a lot of fun but now I’m happy to go home to small town America where it’s quiet and smells like grass and my anxiety levels are manageable.

A day 2 NYCC selfie; in line for the ‘It Devours’ Night Vale panel.

@aspectofphoenix
I didn’t take a lot of photos, but the ones I did take were for you.
Finally finished my own piece! I also drew in my new partner, Tepet Vergus Iroko, played by Pinda who also played Irow in our previous season 😛
Iroko is a big ol’ fire aspected bully of a man, making his living as a lictor for his House. House colors are dumb, and maybe I’ll rework them so they don’t make your eyes bleed so much. Denati is, of course, perfect :3c Why did fate draw these two together?? Just WHO is Iroko searching for???? Will Denati survive in the lawless wilds beyond the Realm??????? WHO KNOWS~~

Ugh Greg Cipes and Tara Strong are literally the cutes voice actors ever. The BBRae love is for real and IM HERE FOR IT.
While @summoner-starlight and I were sitting around in the lounge at Comicon, she asked me where the drinking fountains were.
I answered “somewhere by the Squeenix booth, I think”, to which a woman sitting nearby with her friend suddenly jerked and looked around.
“Oh, sorry.” she said a moment later “I though you said Pheonix! That’s my wife’s name, and I was about to be like ‘You came!’“ She was so happy an excited in that one moment it was actually adorable. Kim and I laughed and we ended up talking a bit, pretty much just because we both just learned Whoops we’re all gay here.
She bonded with Kim over having wives they have to drag out of the house, and we all chatted about costumes and gay comics and it was great.
I don’t think we ever got her name even, but whereever you are out there, Pheonix’s wife, We think you’re pretty rad.
This was a beautiful experience and I truly hope that the woman we may only ever know as “Phoenix’s Wife” has a wonderful weekend, enjoyed her Walking Dead Panel, and goes on to be very happy.
