I’m sure if they just asked the Lunars for help they’d get right on that

I had a dream Hollywood made a movie about dodgeball (not the one that already exists) and it was pretty good but the real draw is that they released like 3 versions with different actors all at once which gave the movies different feels and everybody loved it.
But then like, a year later they made another version and everyone was mad that they just kept making this movie but moreso because they oversaturated ads for it everywhere
Sandy is a Savvyhead (people who are really good at fixing things and sometimes people) with a secret greenhouse, a love of spiders, and who has a hard time turning off her mystical ability to speak to inanimate objects.
She sees the world as a great big machine that just needs to be repaired, and everyone in it as an important part to the inner workings.
She comes across as absent minded, but is really quite smart. She struggles with reading people (they aren’t as clear as objects; they aren’t as honest) but she tries very hard. She judges people by how they treat their things.
Grey has no parental instincts and immediately threw Sandy into danger after accidentally ejecting Dr. Burns from the tank.
Sandy has been shot and kidnapped by bandits.
If the bandits don’t kill Grey, Dr. Burns surely will.

It’s not even noon and I’m already sad and overwhelmed
A buddy at work just got hassled for being lazy because he found out one of his favorite chain grocers will deliver to his house.
It’s not lazy to take advantage of an offered convenience; it’s just convenient.
“You could just go to the store” like yeah I guess but if someone else can be paid to do that instead then…why not?
If you like grocery shopping so much then become a designated shopper and do a delivery for someone else.
It’s not lazy to put your time and energy into things you like to do rather than into things you “have” to do; especially if someone else is willing to help with the stuff you don’t want to do.
