So today I had some thoughts about Hope and where she came from and what that was like. I’ve mentioned before that she was a middle child in a large farm family. Her mother is at least part Hislanti while her Father’s family has owned the farm for generations.
When she left home there were 7 children:
Faith of the Fallen (Faith)
Snowbound Lionheart (Snow)
Prudent Dream in Silver (Pru)
Hope Forged in Flame (Hope)
Charitable Mountain (Charity)
Furthest Light (Light)
First Winter Snow (Winter)

Hope has a pocket portrait (all her father could afford) of the whole family. It was painted when Winter was still an infant and Light was not much older.
Every child in the family with the exception of Hope and Faith specialize in a particular craft. Hope knows no crafts and instead focused all of her abilities in combat. Faith knows some craft air and water, but her specialties fall in medicine.
If you call out “Hey Snow!” on the farm, both Snow and Winter will answer. They find this remarkably funny. Their parents find it remarkably unfunny.
There is a forest full of pine trees on the property. It’s a burial ground for familial ancestors.
Hope and her siblings live on the farm with their parents as well as their Uncle and his family.
